START THE 2023 SEASON WITH SIMBA

The organizer of the promotion is Simba Group sp. Z o.o., hereinafter referred to as (the “Organizer”).

Terms of the promotion:

Duration of the promotion: 24.10.2022 – 31.12.2022.
2.2
The method of using the promotion – order by e-mail or telephone via the export department.

Details of the promotion:
3.1

The “Start spring with Simba” promotion consists in issuing an invoice by the end of 2022 and shipping orders in the period from 15/01/2023 to 30/03/2023 on a date agreed with the customer. By participating in the promotion, customers receive a package of benefits:

• up to the value of the ordered devices 2 500 – 4 999 €, the benefits offered are an additional 2% discount, additionally a guarantee of maintaining current prices until 06.2023, as well as an additional 2% discount on orders from the Jungle series placed from 01.2023 to 04.2023

• up to the value of the ordered devices 5000 – 9 999 €, the benefits offered are an additional 3% discount, additionally a guarantee of maintaining current prices until 06.2023, as well as an additional 2% discount on orders from the Jungle series placed from 01.2023 to 04.2023

• up to the value of the ordered devices 10 000 – 14 999 €, the benefits offered are an additional 4% discount, extra information board, additionally a guarantee of maintaining current prices until 06.2023, as well as an additional 2% discount on orders from the Jungle series placed from 01.2023 to 04.2023

• up to the value of the ordered devices 15 000 – 24 999 €, the benefits offered are an additional 5% discount, extra extra rocker on single spring, additionally a guarantee of maintaining current prices until 06.2023, as well as an additional 2% discount on orders from the Jungle series placed from 01.2023 to 04.2023

• up to the value of the ordered devices over 25 000 €, the benefits offered include an additional 7% discount, extra information board and extra rocker on single spring, a guarantee of maintaining current prices until 06.2023, as well as an additional 2% discount on orders from the Jungle series placed from 01.2023 to 04.2023

3.2
The condition for taking advantage of the promotion is placing an order by 15/12/2022 and paying 100% of the invoice by 31/12/2022; Orders will be processed from January 15, 2023. until the end of March 2023 within the time agreed with the client. Until the start of production, i.e. 01.2023, it is possible to choose the colors of the devices.

3.3
The organizer may make changes to the regulations during the promotion. Amendments to the regulations will be available at www.simba.pl. The changes are effective from the date they are made available.
The changes do not apply to customers who took part in the promotion before the terms were changed.

These Regulations are valid from 24.10.2022 r.

The customer using the promotion accepts the terms of the regulations.
